REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Order Cancellations:
Regrettably, order cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed, including pre-orders. -
Refunds & Returns:
While cancellations are not possible, we do offer refunds or returns under specific conditions.
To be eligible:- You must contact us within 3 days of delivery via the Contact section on our website.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in original packaging (including outer plastic wrap and labels).
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Exchanges
We understand that in some rare cases, a product may arrive faulty or damaged during transit. In such cases, we do offer exchanges, subject to the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- The issue must be clearly documented with photos/videos showing the defect or damage.
- The product must be unused and returned with all original components, accessories, and packaging.
- Products that show signs of installation, tampering, or wear and tear cannot be exchanged.
If a replacement item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or initiate a refund, depending on stock and case specifics.
